Do you like static? I like static. I wish I could see them live. They actually tour, surprisingly enough. The vocals remind me a lot of some grindcore bands actually, especially Pig Destroyer.

I'm picking up ticket to see Watain this weekend. They apparently stink up the venue with their post-sacrifice corpse paint. I've always been a fan of this kind of production, although I am partial to their more recent album as well--especially Casus Luciferi.

A wonderfully varied album that really showcases Deathspell Omega's musical capabilities.

Especially recommended as an introduction to their work.
